On Joy, Mindfulness, the Present and Achieving Love

Increasing Joy:

Good, better, best. That’s our lives if we look hopefully. What we settle for now is nothing compared with what is still coming.

A Capable Mind:

Ablaze in chaos, yet serene-spirited; that’s the humble, capable mind. It’s a mind home to truth.

Sense and reason defy logic only where sense and reason are corrupted. Many distractions and vagaries are to blame.

Holding the Present:

Thought for the future is not our possession, yet. It should not stop us attempting to plan, however. Wisdom is possessing thought of a plan, and then being open.

Achieving Love:

We live for love. Anything less is a betrayal of ourselves. It’s the end of God’s purposes: love. In courage, humility, hope, and faith: love. Live and die for it.
